Tara and the kids came over for dinner on Sunday. Maggie loves her food. However, she is a messy eater. She had chocolate cake everywhere.

When we were in DC last fall we went shopping. I saw this coat in an ANN TAYLOR store and fell in love with it. However they did not have my size. They said they could order me one but we were flying home the next day and I didn't want to go through the bother. I couldn't forget about it though. I kept telling Ron I should have got it. I even called Aimee and asked her about it. She said that she had called the store and they couldn't get it in anymore. I saw several coats that were a lot like it but no quite as nice and they didn't feel as good. I practically mourned for it. Isn't that stupid? You should have seen me on Christmas morning when I opened up my gift from Aimee and Todd and kids. It was my coat. What a wonderful surprise. Aimee had already got it when she told me they were gone. She is such a good liar. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We have a mother and baby moose that visit our yard just about every morning. The baby likes the taste of our trees and we have had to chase him away a few times. It is fun though to see all the wildlife in our backyard. We've had moose, elk, deer, wild turkeys and some of our neighbors have reported a little trouble with mountain lions.

Ron loves to tease Curt's and Melanie's daughters Samantha, Lindsey and Nicole. They gave him a hard time at the Jenkins' Christmas party about his yellow shirt. He knew that they secretly loved it so he got each of them a yellow shirt for Christmas. Of course the URITB means that Uncle Ron is the best. They came up in January with their parents and Grandpa Jenkins for a little birthday celebration for Grandpa. We had a good time playing games with them. They are good sports.
This is little Maggie with two of our Christmas dolls. Can you tell which one she is?
